Our chair came quickly, went together super easily ( less than an hour), the boxes were sized so that they were movable without much difficulty. Instructions were good. Quality and stability of the chair is good. Material is comfortable and does not feel cheap like some of the others that we had looked at. The layflat feature is comfortable. The controls are simple to use even for non-techno saavy elders. The lift control is slow enough to allow for a person to be stable, and if fast enough that you are not annoyed. All in all a great experience and I would absolutely buy this unit again.
